Swedish artist Amara Por Dios is inspired by older cultures and religious objects from around the world. Her art is distinguished by strong colors and organic forms.
In her murals, Amara lets goddesses and beings come to life, with the task of guarding and protecting their surroundings.
Astral Dream is one of the largest murals in Falköping. The motif, the guardian angel, felt so safe in Falköping that she has her eyes closed on the painting, something that is otherwise unusual in Amara Por Dio’s characters.
