Columbian artist GLEO’s distinctive style is inspired by ancestral cultures and the primary arts of the world.
In collaboration with Mario Maplé (Mex) & Renata MTZ (Mex), Gleo has created an expressive multi-layered portrait of the artist Renata MTZ.
In the middle, Greta Garbo is seen in a sea of abstract shapes painted by Mario Maplé (Mexico) and on each side of Garbo, the artists Renata Martinez (Mexico) and Nathalia Gallego (GLeo) (Colombia) are painted by each other:
Renata can be seen on the right painted by Nathalia and Nathalia on the left painted by Renata. A way for the artists to “stay” in Falköping and at the same time pay tribute to each other.
